The TX Series Ozone Washing Machine is designed for applications utilizing ozone generated by oxygen and ozone generators.
2. This machine is primarily used for fading and color toning of garments after wet processing. It helps achieve more uniform color distribution in fabrics and can also be applied to create vintage-style effects on clothing. Additionally, when used in post-treatment processes for denim dyeing, it effectively removes purple undertones.
The machine is employed to homogenize the color of garments following the wet processing stage, effectively adjusting their tones. It also whitens pocket linings and labels while imparting a natural aged effect and a subtle yellowish hue to the garments.
3. The TX Series Clothing Ozone Processing Machine is a fully automated device. Machine control is managed via a touch screen and PLC system. The inner drum’s rotational speed can be adjusted using a frequency inverter. The machine is equipped with an ozone destruction unit, which enhances the dyeing and washing processes while also aligning with the national initiative to reduce wastewater discharge and emissions.
