CP-type flash dryer is specifically designed for the dry roasting of fine, flaky snowflake denim (denim process).

The CP Series Acid Washing Machine (without holes) is specifically designed for denim garments to create a subtle snowflake effect.

The drum diameter is large, resulting in a high rolling and tumbling height for the garments, which ensures optimal process performance.

This type of machine can be equipped with the following optional components to become an automated and more versatile acid-washing machine.

1. SUS304 stainless steel housing and spindle

SUS304 stainless steel crust and main shaft

2. Utilizes a stepless speed-regulating inverter control system (8-38 rpm) and a contactor control dual-system approach.

Inverter for stepless speed control, with a speed range of -8 to 36 rpm, and equipped with contactor control.

The inner wall of the drum is not perforated; instead, steel shot and detergent solution are used to roll and come into contact with the garments inside the drum, ensuring that the snowflakes are fine, uniform, and evenly distributed.

There is no hole on the drum's surface.

Using emery and liquid-touch fabrics to ensure the snowflake remains small and symmetrical.
