This ideal dyeing equipment is suitable for dyeing all types of fibers, including cotton, rayon, and blended fabrics.

2. The cylinder body is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, ensuring robustness and durability.

The CR series garment dyeing machine is constructed from high-quality, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is also highly durable for long-term storage.

3. The dyeing tank is equipped with an indirect steam heating system to ensure consistent dye bath temperature and concentration.

The bottom of the dye vat is fitted with both direct and indirect heating pipes to ensure rational dye liquor temperature control and consistent quality.

4. The impeller rotates both forward and reverse, stirring the dye solution to ensure the fabric continuously moves back and forth, resulting in even dyeing and achieving ideal results.

The paddle automatically stirs the dyeing liquor, ensuring that the fabric achieves a uniform and perfect color.

5. Configure a stepless speed regulator or frequency converter to freely select the impeller speed.

Operators can adjust the paddle’s speed, as this ideal dyeing equipment is equipped with a speed governor or a frequency control device.
