Release Time:
2022-01-10
The Laundry Dragon features a multi-chamber structure (ranging from 4 to 10 chambers), allowing for flexible expansion or reduction based on washing volume. Linens undergo continuous washing within each chamber, sequentially completing the full cycle of pre-wash, main wash, rinse, and neutralization processes. This innovative design effectively addresses the challenge of insufficient production capacity in single-machine operations. Specifically tailored for large-scale linen laundering needs in hotels, hospitals, laundries, nursing homes, major factories, as well as railway and aviation systems, the Laundry Dragon boasts advanced automation, intelligent control, and energy- and water-saving features.
Laundry Dragon It consists of a multi-chamber structure (ranging from 4 to 10 chambers), allowing for flexible addition or removal based on the volume of laundry to be processed. Linens undergo continuous washing within each chamber, sequentially completing the entire washing cycle that includes pre-washing, main washing, rinsing, and neutralization. This innovative design effectively addresses the issue of insufficient production capacity in single-machine operations. The Laundry Dragon is specifically designed to provide large-scale, intensive linen laundering services tailored for hotels, hospitals, laundries, nursing homes, large-scale factories, as well as railway and aviation systems. It features advanced automation, intelligent operation, and energy- and water-saving capabilities, making it an ideal solution for efficient and sustainable linen management.
The Laundry Dragon is equipped with a built-in water circulation system, featuring both a rinse-water recycling tank and a recovery tank for post-extraction and centrifugal dehydration. Through its integrated internal water-recycling system, the machine reuses rinse water as well as recovered water from the dehydration process in earlier stages such as pre-washing and main washing. Compared to conventional single-machine washer-dryer units, this design allows all wash water used throughout the entire process to be directly discharged, significantly reducing overall water consumption.
